Our Shipping Policy
All custom items can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.
Our dispatch time is 7-12 working days (Depending on workload) and parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.
Dispatch times are different from the delivery option you choose. Dispatch times refer to the days we need to prepare your order, pack it, and generate the label. The tracked delivery option you choose indicates the amount of time Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel.
UK delivery: All orders are sent with Royal Mail 48h/24h Tracked (Tracking number will be provided when the dispatch email is sent, tracking number will show when the parcel was delivered) - Aimed to be delivered within 3 working days by royal mail (When ordering items for special occasions, I cannot guarantee it will arrive on time as the delivery company might be experiencing delays or shortages, so please make sure you take our dispatch times, delivery times and possible delays into consideration - For a more accurate delivery date, you can choose 1st class option at checkout or you can contact me and I will be more than happy to accommodate or prioritise your order, depending on the circumstances and workload)
- We advise you to purchase Special delivery (UK orders only) if your order is over £100 (This is to ensure all your items are covered by Royal Mail) otherwise, if there are any issues on Royal Mail's side, we won't be able to claim more than £100 and not a full refund for your items would be considered.

Rest of the world: All the parcels are sent tracked and insured. (Any extra taxes incurred are to be paid by the customer as this is completely out of our hands and it depends on your country)

We recommend you provide your email and mobile number when ordering outside the UK.
- If the parcel is returned due to unpaid taxes that are the buyer’s responsibility, we don’t offer refunds.
- Please keep in mind that extra taxes/Import fees don’t mean the seller didn’t send the item correctly. This is completely up to your country and their customs, if you have any questions about that, I’d advise you check their website or contact them regarding this matter.
